Richard Andolshek, Executive Chairman – Mr. Andolshek has over 30 years of executive and practical experience in business management, grocery, financial analysis, and financing. Mr. Andolshek is a third generation food retailer and is internationally regarded as an expert in retail operations. Mr. Andolshek is the owner of Scriptel Corporation, the largest digital pen and glass system manufacture of point of sale equipment in the world. He has served on the boards of several private and public companies.

Andy Robinson, Director – Mr. Robinson previously formed Right Choice Services, a marketing fulfillment firm serving Fortune 500 CPG companies. Prior to Right Choice, Andy held positions with Fulfillment Systems, Inc. where he worked as Vice President. As the original entrepreneur of Grocery Shopping Network, it was Andy’s vision that propelled GSN to become a premier provider of digital marketing services.

David Carlick, Director – Mr. Carlick has been a venture investor in online marketing companies since the late-1990s. Mr. Carlick was an early co-founder of DoubleClick (NASDAQ: DCLK), a director of Ask Jeeves (NASDAQ: ASKJ) from 2001 through its 2005 acquisition by Interactive Corp (IACI), and Chairman of Intermix Media, parent of MySpace.com, (AMEX: IMIX) through its acquisition by News Corp in 2005.

Pat Gallagher, Director – Pat is a Principal at VantagePoint Venture Partners. He joined VantagePoint in 2008, bringing 14 years of technology investing, operations, and finance experience to the firm. Prior to VantagePoint, he was a Principal at American Capital’s Technology Group, where he was charged with developing and implementing marketing strategies to build a national presence. Previously, Pat worked at Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, where he represented deals in excess of $100 million in capital for initial and follow-on investments. Before joining Morgan Stanley, he held management roles at RealNames, an internet services company, and Toyota Motor Corporation. Pat is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College (BA).

Rob Furst, Board Member – Mr. Furst is a founding Managing Principal with Alternative Strategy Advisers, a $500 million alternative investment management firm and significant investor in GSN. A licensed attorney and CPA, Mr. Furst has been an active investor and board member with private and public companies for over 20 years. Several of these companies have either been acquired or conducted public offerings including Home Diagnostics, Inc. and NOW Technologies, a division of ATMI.

Gregory Lewis, Director – Mr. Lewis has 30 plus years of senior executive experience within the payment industry, primarily in public companies. In 1984, as one of the founding executives he joined startup VeriFone and served as Senior Vice President & General Manager North America. From 1984 to 1992, he led VeriFone’s growth into the world’s largest POS terminal manufacturer, grew revenues beyond $150 million and accomplished a successful IPO. In 1995 he returned as Vice President of VeriFone to help expand the company’s markets, revenue base, and position the company to be sold. In 1997, he became President & CEO of IVI Checkmate, a leading manufacturer of check reading terminals.

Cindra Andolshek, Director – Ms. Andolshek was the founder and owner of Trinity Marketing, a regional jewelry distributor that she successfully built and sold for a very strong multiple. Ms. Andolshek has an extensive background in wholesale supply to retail grocery stores. In 1971 she began her professional career with Land O’ Lakes in Minneapolis. During her first 20 years of business experience, Cindra remained in the wholesale and retail sales and service industry.
